An assessment is a site visit, not a sales call. We measure the plot, check the slope and soil, and note where water sits after rain before any planting or paving is discussed.

  • On site Plot area, slope gradient and direction, soil profile from a test pit, groundwater depth.
  • Afterwards A written summary with drainage and level notes, plus an indicative range.
  • Fee The paid assessment is credited against the design fee if you proceed.

Permits, structural engineering, electrical work and ongoing maintenance stay outside our contract and are named as such in every scope. See what is excluded.

    You receive the assessment notes, a staged scope with explicit exclusions, and an indicative price tied to the measured areas.

    Your decision

    Nothing is scheduled and no material is ordered until you approve the scope in writing.

Countryside plots around Kyiv, measured before anything is drawn

We work on private plots in Kyiv oblast and the neighbouring districts. An assessment is booked only when we can reach the site within a reasonable drive, because slope, soil and water table have to be read in person.

Beyond 60 km Travel is quoted separately on request, and long-distance projects are accepted only with a full assessment. Permits, structural engineering and electrical work stay outside our scope in every region.
