These terms govern use of greenearthm.com and our landscaping, drainage and installation services in Ukraine.

2. Website use

You may browse the site and send enquiries for lawful purposes. Do not disrupt the site, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content or submit false information.

3. Services, estimates and payment

Prices and timelines shown on the site are indicative and not a binding offer. A binding scope, price and schedule arise only after an on-site assessment and a written agreement. Timelines depend on site conditions, access and weather; permits from local authorities are the client's responsibility unless agreed in writing. Payment terms, deposits and milestones are set in the individual agreement.

4. Warranties and liability

Works are carried out with due skill and care; warranty periods and exclusions are stated in the agreement. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant works. Your statutory rights under Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» від 12.05.1991 № 1023-XII are unaffected.

5. Advertising

Promotions are identifiable, accurate and do not mislead about services, prices, guarantees or results, per Закон України «Про рекламу» від 03.07.1996 № 270/96-ВР.

6. Complaints and consumer rights

Write to contact@greenearthm.com or call +380 678 433 2677; we reply within 30 days. Unresolved disputes may be referred to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection. Rights are set out in Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» від 12.05.1991 № 1023-XII.

Enquiry data, analytics and non-essential cookies are handled with a lawful basis and consent under Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» від 25.04.2023 № 3153-IX.
